First it was Your thoughts create your reality Take inspired action
Then, Emotions define the frequency, Feel it till it’s real!
As we embody the energies and take good care of our vessels, we realise one more thing…
All of the above is important, but it’s actually just the beginning.
We start here and realise that our Soul has a greater plan.
All of the above is Energy, yes, but that’s not all there is.
There’s so much more to our existence, not just the body and mind.
We are multidimensional, multifaceted, multilayered spiritual beings,
We’re having a human experience, complex, diverse and paradoxical.
We are more than one thing, yet eternally connected through the frequency of Love. Loved by the Spirit, Loved by our Soul Family, our Divine Teams. Essentially, we are Love itself in a human suit. We are the Infinite Love of the entire Multiverse.
As we incarnate, there are different patterns that Energy takes in order to create the vessel for the human being.
The Ascension Process has many stages and experiences, many shifts, ebbs and flows in Consciousness.
Sometimes it can feel as though energy is not budging, not moving at all, rigidly in place – and at other times the energy is so flowy, so intangible, so wild, that it’s hard to hold onto anything. At other times things are clear, while other times foggy and dusty.
In this article we will dive into the states of Lucidity during Ascension.
If you’re unfamiliar with the term lucidity, or the adjective lucid, it’s synonymous to clarity, or clear. Like in lucid dreams, we are aware that we are dreaming. We are having clarity that we are in dream state.
These states of Lucidity can come in any stage of our Ascension journeys – whether it be a part of our dreamwork, our shadow work, our psychic work or just in a day to day experience. As the Ascension timelines are crystallising in our reality, and as our own personal timeline anchors into our life stream, these states of Lucidity will increase and become more and more profound.
This Lucidity happens, because not only has our Consciousness adjusted to the energy shifts more and more, but because the density has been released not just from our energy fields but from the entire planet itself. The foggy energies will eventually dissolve, and what remains is clarity. We are also much more capable of tapping into our senses when the energy of the planet is more Crystalline. This is because we have a new frequency programmed into our cells. Our cells are more receptive to this clear, new frequency of LoveLight, changing with it, creating with it.
As we already discovered, in dream state this Lucidity can be about realising that we are in a dream and thus are able to investigate things in our dreams on a new level, even influencing our dreams. In psychic work Lucidity can show up as having clearer clairs – such as clairvoyance being nice and crisp, clairaudience being enhanced, clairsentience being more and more vivacious, differentiating between the most subtle nuances in frequency. Eventually for some psychics the clairvoyance will merge with their physical vision, and they will start to experience seeing things with their bare eyes.
In our day to day lives Lucidity can show up as, yes, seeing energy with our bare eyes, having crystal clear realisations about things much more frequently, experiencing the essence of Divine Light in our lives as a constant and various peaceful feeling states of energetic awareness. Our Awareness is expanding, and our Consciousness is rising. The clarity about choice points and Timeline shifts increases, and with this new Lucid Awareness it is much easier to make those choices, because we are so much more attuned to Divine Will and Higher Consciousness. We are much more in tune with what’s in the highest good of all involved, because we truly know what Unconditional Love for All of Humanity is. We have integrated and embodied the true essence of Agape.
With this lucidity, it’s important to master the use of Life Force. It’s important to learn how to direct and utilise our very own life force during this Ascension process, because with this clarity, making those choices becomes easier, thus actions should be taken accordingly. It’s not a time to be wasting our life force onto things that drain it further, it’s not a time to avoid things that are being clearly shown. It’s time to make to shifts happen, and it’s time to follow up.
With this in mind, remember to be a good host to the Divine Light that is about to be activated in your vehicle, in your essence, in your life stream. Become available to greater states of Lucidity, and learn how to utilise these states of Consciousness properly. That will help you in navigating the Ascension Process much more at ease.

This path, this journey has many stages and shifts in our Consciousness.
For many, it starts with the spiritual awakening. At this point we haven’t even necessarily heard about Ascension, but if it’s so chosen, we might embark upon it eventually. However, each person pursuing Ascension, was once a freshly awakened soul.
After awakening, we’ll often study the path we’re embarking upon. This could be anything from metaphysics to spiritual or religious tradition, aiding us in finding our groove so to speak. Some of us may find one that stands out to us, while others remain eclectic, mixing and matching from different perspectives. This, I would call the study stage.
Now, it doesn’t end with study. Regardless of which spiritual path we embark upon, there are spiritual practices involved. Once we start to practice not just the teachings themselves but their applications, we can call ourselves a practitioner of the path. At this point we not only have enough knowledge, but enough drive to put the teachings to the test. There are different spiritual practices that can support us in our Ascension journey, and to mention one of them is opening up the Ascension Column. The practices on the Ascension journey can help us embody more Light in our vessel, increasing the Light Quotient in all of our energy bodies, including the physical body. They can help us with our connection to the Source, God, Infinite Spark of All Creation, Galactics, Spirit Guides and different Realms of Consciousness.
As we practice more and more, we get better in not just sensing energy but using it. This is where Spiritual Mastery comes in – Spiritual Mastery is about Mastering our Energy, our Life Force, our Light, all embraced with Pure Unconditional Love, knowing when we are a part fo the equation versus when we might be interfering. Spiritual Mastery is about Discernment, Expression, Knowing and Not Knowing, Being and Not Being. There are aspects and perspectives to Spiritual Mastery, which allows us to evolve in a holistic way on our Ascension Journey.
Ascension Mastery lets us become as much of an high vibrational being in our incarnation as we can be, as much of an Ascended Master as we are destined to be. Note, that we are not becoming an Ascended Master who has already lived before our incarnation necessarily, but our own essence, our own Soul has this potential to Ascend in this lifetime and become a Master. The Ascended Masters who lived before our lifetime were great mystics who mastered a lot of lessons during their incarnation and then Ascended as they passed away. We no longer have do that. We can Ascend in our current lifetimes, incarnate, in physical form, and much of the Ascension Process is about that – Ascending as a Divine Human during modern life.
Ascension Mastery does require humility – ability to serve the highest good of all involved and be in service to Humanity, Planet Earth, Animal and Plant Kingdoms, even our Solar System and Galaxy. Ascension Mastery requires willingness to do good – if there are any imprints of negative will in our consciousness, that will not just stall our Ascension but it will leave dense energetic imprints upon those who happen to be touched by such energy. This is why it’s important to do the inner work.Ascension doesn’t really happen without releasing the baggage, after all.
Ascension Mastery also asks us to be adaptable, to evolve, to transform with the frequencies and know when it’s time to shift gears. If we have a proneness to remain stuck and stagnant, we may not progress as fast as we could. Note, that stuckness and stagnation is not the same thing as slowing down or stillness – those are important aspects and practices that have their time and place on the path which allow us to feel into energies, set our intentions and refine our experiences. Mastery does require intentionality – we must know our intentions, put them into practice and follow through accordingly.
Deep down Ascension Mastery is about the Inner Divine qualities that we choose to cultivate, and while various Ascension Practices can help us with that, and they can help with how we work with our Energy, they are just one part of the bigger whole. Ascension Mastery isn’t necessarily about mastering a certain practice or becoming a “really good meditator”, whatever the heck that is. It’s much more about who we become in the process and what kinds of frequencies we carry into the world with us – what signals are we radiating to our surroundings. It’s about how much can we BECOME the Pure Essence of Love itself and expand it into the World.

During Ascension, it’s important to use our Discernment as we walk the path, as we engage with information, as we look for support on our journeys and even as we give information forward.
In this article we’ll dive into how we can use this power of Discernment more consciously on our paths.
Let’s first go a bit deeper into what Discernment really is and isn’t. Discernment isn’t constant suspicion about evil forces being behind everything. It also isn’t about instantly rejecting every bit of information that we come across. What is IS about, is knowing the Truth from the False, knowing the Real from the Illusion, the honest versus fake. It’s about understanding the bigger picture of things and it’s about recognising what serves the highest good of all involved.
Discernment is also about Energetic Awareness – sensing things beyond the Mind and the Mental Levels. In order to be Discerning, we have to practice holistic spirituality – that which takes in to account all levels of our existence and uses Psychic Sensory input responsibly. Using our Psychic Sensory system responsibly entails that we have a clear channel so to speak, that our senses aren’t clouded with even more illusion that can sometimes come as a result of certain practices, and that we aren’t holding onto our own biases and Egoic attachments when we’re facing the Truth. This can be tricky, because we’re going to need to be trusting our senses as well. One way to make sure that we’re having a clear psychic experience, is by asking for the Divine Light, Source, Infinite Spark of All Creation, or whichever Force of Light you find effective, to clear your channels of Psychic Communication and ask that they hold these channels Pure so that the information that you receive remains truthful and serves the highest good of all involved.
Another thing that a lot of the times should be addressed, is the deconditioning and shadow work.Sometimes people who come on the Ascension journey will skip this work, thinking that they will just be transported to Heaven instantly. And while that’s not really even the healthiest way to look at Ascension, we have to understand first, that the more of our baggage we clear and leave behind, the higher we rise. When we attempt to rise with all of our baggage intact, the progress is not just slower, but it can be a bit of a wave of up and down movement. In other words, it’s much smoother when we dig into those shadows, at least every now and then, until it isn’t as necessary anymore. There will come a point on our journeys where Oneness takes more precedent in our experience and that often can show up as the shadow dropping off and the Ego dissolving. This is when we have transcended the human condition.
Discernment therefore means, that we should also take into account how certain shadows and certain programming may influence our perspective. Discernment implies that we are self aware. Discerning the Truth when we look for services for example, if we are looking for advice on manifesting money, requires us to be aware of our money wounds. It would be useful to think about what kinds of things we have tried and what have our results been thus far with those experiments, and get to the core of our issue specifically. In other words – what do we already know and what information do we already have, and how well has it been implemented and executed? What more can we learn? Have we considered other approaches, and what have we not considered or tried out yet? What is this service provider putting on the table about manifesting money that’s novel and actually useful considering our situation?
Discerning other people’s channelings can be a tricky one. This is because there are also other experiences of certain energies that we must honour. However, there are ways to discern which channelings are True versus False Light. False Light tends to skew towards religious programming, and a very narrow path to Ascension. There could even be things like eradication, cult programming and power imbalances woven into these teachings. Note, that this isn’t about going on a “witch hunt” about who’s channeling False Light versus who isn’t. It’s also important to remember that Pure Divine Love doesn’t need conspiracy theories to send out its message. Direct contact is much more effective in delivering the message of Pure LoveLight, and those that are authentically in service can help facilitate such experiences. There’s no need to hide the message, although some people may receive symbols easier, and there’s nothing wrong with that. If this is the case, feel into the Energy. If the Energy feels foggy, there’s probably something that isn’t being shown directly to those that are receiving the channeling.
Similar things apply to our own channelings, and it’s even more important in this case to be a Pure Conduit and practice channeling intentionally. If our intention isn’t clear enough, things may get distorted. What this means, is that if we aren’t clear on why we’re channeling a certain message, or from which being or entity the message is coming from, this may open a door for something of a lower frequency to come in. Usually it isn’t anything that you cannot fix or anything dangerous, especially if you practice protecting you energy, and having protection practices can help in making sure that your experience remains positive. Having clarity and intention in channeling helps with the message coming in Pure Frequency, not getting distorted in the broken telephone, not getting deluded, not getting diluted. This way you make sure that it also isn’t False Light entities or some other lower astral entities trying to speak through you. Spirits exist beyond the astral, and those are the ones we want to channel if we are to serve Ascension. This way we make sure that the message is High Frequency and isn’t delivering any dense Energy Forms onto the planet.

The Divine Will. The Cosmic Will. The Magic of the Multiverse.
During the Ascension, our physical body vessel is being attuned to a higher Light Quotient.
Our cells are being programmed into this New Paradigm, and our energy bodies are attuned to respond to this Light differently, becoming receptive to a new level of capacity.
As we get attuned, we can shift with the energy waves easier.
We can move with the currents and flow with the vibes.
What was once a challenge to adjust to, now feels like a breeze.
We also get attuned to our Heart’s Desires more and more, evolving with our Soul’s Plan for growth, new experiences and new expressions.
We can realise new aspects of self, here and now, anchoring in new waves of Light, supporting our Planet Earth’s desires to grow with us.
See, the Planet that we live on is with us on this journey.
We are supporting Mother Gaia on her transition to New Earth.
During this transition it’s important to remember that we are in this together.
It’s important to remember the Unity and Unconditional Love in all things.
The Oneness. The Peace. The Kindness. The Grace.
The Highest Good of All Involved.
We are all Love. We are all Light. We are also so much more, and we are here to experience all of that. To experience the multitude of expressions that sprung from the Infinite Spark of All Creation. We are to bring Unity, by understanding that no one gets left behind. No one has to suffer. No one has to walk this path alone.
Attunement to Unity Consciousness is a part of the Ascension Process. It is a part of the Great Awakening, and the way people awaken in the future will be very different compared to what it has been thus far.
We are paving a way for these new awakenings, as they always happen in waves. There will always be someone who needs a certain kind of support, so no service will ever be useless.
It is important, however, to remember your individual part in the Ascension Process. Do not sell yourself short, nor resort to inauthenticity. The people that we support are going to benefit from LightLeaders who Lead with their authentic Light – not copy cats, not people pleasers, not fame chasers. Allow yourself to be attuned to what your specific expression is in the Ascension Process.
Remember, the Light seeks to expand your Consciousness, not suppress it. Whenever you allow for your curiosity to lead you, is when you allow more wisdom to enter your Consciousness. When you let the prejudice fall away, dissolve and vanish, you allow for more Divine Knowing to be present in your energy bodies. Prejudice is the antidote to Pure Divine Knowing and Wisdom, just like the Open Heart and Curious Mind is the antidote to closed mindedness, judgement and harmful discrimination.
So, open thy Heart Portal, and allow for the Infinite Wisdom of the Multiverse to Attune your Consciousness to this New Awareness, this New Light, this New way to express the Higher Frequencies.

The Web of Consciousness surrounds us at all times. What is it, and how does it work?
We are energetic beings, spirit wrapped in a human vehicle. There are layers to our Energetic Field, and energetic connections made with other beings at all times. This Web of Consciousness that surrounds us, is a manifestation of this fact. The Web of Consciousness shows us the spiritual links we have with other people and beings – whether that be for benevolence or harm.
Another way to think about this as, is sort of a Spiritual Network. I came across this term during Channeling and Multidimensional work I did in late 2020. I had not seen this anywhere else, described like this, so I’m assuming I discovered it. This Spiritual Network represents the connections we have with spiritual beings, both non-incarnate and incarnate. This could be anything from deities, spirit guides, passed loved ones, Elemental beings, Galactics, our spiritual friends, any other meaningful contacts we have a soul connection with. Like we’ve discovered before, these connections can be anything from benevolent to karmic to toxic, and it’s important to make sure that our spiritual network is clear from any harmful interactions.
Besides the links to other beings, this Web of Consciousness entails connections to other forms of energy, such as different collectives and morphogenetic fields. This makes it a bit more massive in its influence, compared to the Spiritual Network.
It’s quite important, knowing this information, to keep this Web of Consciousness clear from any harmful inclusions, distortions and dense energies, because as we discovered in the Butterfly Effect article, we are making these ripple effects with our energy constantly. Our actions create ripple effects in the world surrounding us, and these energetic links can transmit these frequencies further.
Keeping this ripple effect in mind, we can cause very positive shifts once we unhook from negative spiritual links, and once we clear harmful karma and learn our karmic lessons. This will create more freedom in the Web of Consciousness surrounding us, and liberate beings from toxic bonds. This can allow for more and more beings to experience positive outcomes and heal for good. Big karmic cycles can be turned over and new, more expansive cycles can be begun.
The Web of Consciousness can be used as a tool to make contact with helpful, supportive beings and energies, as well as a way to support beings and collectives that are linked to this Energetic Web. Note, that this is not about hooking energetic cords into people. Cords are made of dense energies, and while they can deliver energies, those energies are usually on a thought or emotional level and they tend to be quite dense and low vibrational. They tend to drain life force rather than giving it, and be rather distracting in the energy field. Sometimes in this Web of Consciousness that can happen, especially with more toxic links, and it’s important to cut those energetic cords so that we can free up space for more high vibrational interactions.
To make sure that we are not attaching energetic cords to people, we want to work from a place of our Higher Self making contact with the Spirit or the Higher Self of a person, and come from the willingness to see the highest outcomes, not infringing upon anyones Free Will of intruding upon other people’s spaces and lives. It’s important to not interfere where it’s unnecessary. Getting Heart Centered can help with knowing what’s the Highest Good of All involved in each situation, and with not bumping into things we’re not supposed to. It will also allow us to work unattached to our Egoic Desires and be more of a Pure Conduit of Light in this process, tuning into Higher Self and Soul Plan, rather than forcing outcomes or coming from our fears and blockages.

Elementals and their Portals are something we can come across on our journeys on Mother Earth’s lands and grounds. Let’s dive into how Elementals and their Portals work, and how we can work with them during Ascension.
If you aren’t familiar with Elemental Spirits, these are beings such as fae folk, water nymphs, undines, salamanders, sylphs, gnomes, beings like this. Each culture has their own interpretation as to what those beings are and what their names are, though that doesn’t mean that they are limited within the borders of each country. Reality is multidimensional, after all. There are also other spirits that we can come across in nature, though they aren’t necessarily elementals – beings like dragons and unicorns. Focusing on the Elemental Spirits here, we may encounter them outside in nature, and even invite them into our own gardens. These elemental beings are also going through the raising frequencies, Ascending with Mother Earth, Ascending with us.
Elementals can be invited by offering them gifts, in other words giving offerings. This also helps us in working with them. Each Elemental Spirit has their own power coming from each of the four elements which they are governed by.
Here are some examples of the powers of these beings and what offerings can be given to each Elemental Group:
Fire Elementals: Salamanders
offerings include anything with fire, and we can throw things into the fire as offerings
their powers can help us in energising, amplifying and fueling things up, making things more fun and creative, healing the liver and bloodstream
Water Elementals: Undines, Mer-people, Water Nymphs
offerings include flower petals, such as roses thrown into bodies of water
their powers can help us heal, cleanse, clear energies and get in tune with feeling energies and tap into psychic skills
Air Elementals: Sylphs, Faeries
offerings include incense, music, sound, which can be offered while in nature
their powers can help us get answers, support communication and writing, inspire, get things moving with the wind, change things, bring about creative ideas and inventions, and affect the weather and human thoughts (proceed responsibly!)
Earth Elementals: Gnomes, Elves
offerings include oats, which can be placed around roots of trees or where ever we come across the gnomes
their power can help us with anything material, such as money, our bodies, especially bone healing, our gardens and belongings
It’s important at this time to work with these Elemental Spirits, as they are helping the Ascension process forward with their powers and cleaning up the planet from toxicity. Their powers can also help us cleanse and clear our own energy fields as well.
These beings can also help us keep portals and gateways clean. Sometimes portals open up in nature as currents of energy, or either created by us or these nature spirits. These portals and vortices can help us access energies that wouldn’t be available otherwise. In nature, these portals can often help us better connect to the energy of the land, just like the Gateways can help us connect with the Earth Grids and Leylines, and also the entire cosmos, as all planets are connected to one another energetically, and even more so during Ascension.
We should have a good relationship and companionship with the elemental spirits so that our portals and gateways stay clean and so that our Earth remains protected from human harm – and this in turn also helps us on our paths, because these spirits are always happy to help, as long as we offer them something.

During Ascension, it’s not just our Planet that goes through shifts in consciousness, but it’s also the entire Solar System, our Galaxy and our Universe that is going through the shifts.
In the recent years, our Planetary Logos of Earth has been receiving codes that support its transformation into a stellar-like structure. This is happening on the internal level, of course, as the Soul of the Earth is the one that’s receiving these codes. The Earth’s energy fields then integrate these codes and allow different realities to be played out on the Earth Plane. That naturally means, that the Light show us what’s tainted and distorted in the World, and what density must be purged on the planet. This process isn’t easy all the time, and that may be a topic for another article. I have touched on this a little bit in the article about Light as a Universal Force, which will help you understand how the Light itself functions in our reality.
This article, however, will dive deep into the Shifts that are Happening in our Solar System energetically during Ascension.
The Earth’s Consciousness receives this New Light from the Sun of our Solar System, which receives the codes from The Galactic Center of The Milkyway. These codes enter our Galaxy via the Great Central Sun of our Universe, otherwise known as Alcyone, located in the Pleiades Constellation. This massive Central Sun receives these codes directly from the Source, or the Infinite Spark of All Creation, the Creator of the Multiverse construct.
Therefore, the Sun of our Solar system is quite an important transmitter of energy in the Ascension Process. On top of transmitting energy to our planet, it also shifts the consciousness into the rest of this Solar System. All of the planets are shifting in their frequency, Ascending into Higher Consciousness. The Sun radiates its glowing rays upon each planet, touching the very Essence that runs through them, elevating their beingness towards the New Paradigm of Reality. Even the Asteroids and Moons of each planet are getting these rays of Light in their energy fields, raising their frequency.
This means that the Light Quotient of these planets is increasing, allowing them to hold more Light in their bodies, which also means that any density that was held in the energy body or physical body of each planet gets cleared and purged. How this may affect us, is that the planetary templates in our own DNA, i.e. how these planets fall in our astrological birthcharts, are shifting as well. We may start to feel our experience with these personal planetary templates shift. We may also start to experience transits differently, as the planets are behaving quite differently during this time of humanity, versus 40 or 50 years ago. As humanity evolves so does astrology.
At this point, however, the old templates are not completely gone. What this means is that we’re experiencing an interesting “resident of two worlds” kind of experience with the planets in our Solar System – it’s like one side of them is still playing out the old tape, versus the other side is embracing the new beat. The process that’s happening is refining the frequency of our Solar System, as the essence of each planet plays an important role in our Solar System, as well as our Personal Astrological and Galactic Frequencies. It’s simply about the planets shedding the skin that no longer serves them, that no longer supports Ascension, and integrating Higher Frequency Wavelength in order to meet the change that’s coming.
In a way this is a co-creation between the planets in our Solar System – each time they make contact with one another, known as astrological aspects, they transmit energy to one another. They communicate with each other. They exchange Lightcodes. The Sun and earth do this all the time even without aspects, but transits and aspects are something we can observe when we want to understand the energetic conversation that’s happening in our Solar System, if we aren’t fully versed in channeling the energies ourselves. Channeling and tuning into the energies of the planets is something we can do, of course, as long as it’s clear, nice and crisp, and the connection happens with Pure Intention to support the highest good of all involved, the highest good of humanity.
What’s remarkable about these shifts, however, is the way this affects our personal process. You may find yourself Ascending out of planetary conditions that no longer support your Ascension. This can look like old wounds healing quickly, old patterns dissolving, previous identities shifting. Sometimes this can look like an ego death, in which case it’s important to practice self care and support yourself, even get support from a professional for your wellness. This can also look like the strength of your planets increasing – perhaps the qualities of your Sun Sign are radiating stronger than before, perhaps your Jupiter frequency is adjusting into this New Light in a way that increases your financial abundance and expands your wisdom.
Either way, we are being tuned up, attuned into this New Era of humanity. This is seen in the transits that we are experiencing in our Solar System right now – on March 31st 2025 Neptune enters Aries in western astrology degrees, after having been in Pisces since 2011. Personally, I went through my spiritual awakening during Neptune in Pisces. It has been a deep dive for me, and I look forward to seeing what Neptune in Aries will bring. This will be a significant New Beginning for many, as Aries rules new beginnings. Slow moving planets mark significant chapter changes for humanity, and another slow moving planet that’s soon moving into another sing is Uranus. Uranus will move into Gemini on July 7th 2025, the Sirius Gateway date, and stay until 2033! Both of these planets will dip back into the previous sign briefly in the coming year during their retrograde, after which they’re going to be in these signs for a good while.

As our reality experience on Planet Earth starts to shift and evolve during this time of transition, the Old Paradigm that we have experienced thus fas starts to collapse. The old creations that sprung from the paradigm of duality are starting to shatter and drop off.
Let’s dive into how we can navigate this Reality Collapse that we’re going through during this Ascension Timeline.
The Ascension supports Oneness, otherwise known as non-duality. Ascension embraces Unity Consciousness, while still holding space for individuals with free will. Separation from Source is a part of the Old Paradigm hierarchical structure of reality, where religious leaders “pass down” their knowledge, acting as middle-people to the Cosmic Consciousness. Therefore, one thing that’s going to massively help during this time of transition, is to remember that you can have direct connection to Source, any God, the Infinite Spark of All Creation, the Galactics, any divine being, without needing a middle-person to do it for you. The more you hold Oneness in your field, the more aligned you are to the primary Ascension Timeline.
Another aspect of the Old Paradigm that is collapsing – although at first it may not look like it always in the outer world – is service to things that are not in alignment with the highest good of all. The creations that do not align with the highest good of all are going to eventually break down and get cleared from our reality, though we’re in the transition period, which means the claws of the Old Paradigm supporters who wish to see imbalances in the world may try to grasp to their power once more. When we witness these things happening, we should remember that that’s not true power, and we should not support the actions of beings that are forcing their will upon other people, attempting to have power over others. It is also just as important for us to remember our power in every situation and not give it away. Direct your life force consciously towards things that do matter, things that make a positive difference in your life and things that can help others feel supported and cared for.
Those Old Paradigm creations were created to serve certain entities, or even egregores which fuel on hatred. Naturally, as the hatred stops and fears towards diversity dissipate, these egregores cease existing. Unfortunately, some people may not know that they are feeding these egregores through their beliefs, opinions and actions. This is why education about diverse human experiences is important. One clue to know whether or not a belief, opinion, thought or action supports hatred towards a group of people is to understand the core motive behind it – if it’s designed to erase an entire group of people from existing on Planet Earth, chances are, it’s feeding the hateful egregores. It’s not created to unify people, but it’s created to separate people and pull them apart, not allowing others to understand differences. Therefore we should support understanding diversity and why there are different life paths on this planet, rather than direct our free will into holding these old realities and old ways of thinking in place. It’s called New Paradigm for a reason.
There’s also a chance that in our personal lives, things are shifting and collapsing as well. It’s possible that we’ve created things in our realities that came from an Old Paradigm way of thinking – “I’m doing this to please my parents, I’m doing this because it’s just the way things are done, I’m doing this because everyone else does it* without asking ever why, or if it even feels right to us. If it’s even something that we’re interested in. These things we’re either putting a stop to by our own actions, or they come to a natural end by other means.
On the other hand things that were perhaps unhealthy – such as toxic relationships – also have an opportunity to be removed from our reality. This can happen through breakups, emancipation, in some cases even death. This can also refer to things such as unhealthy coping mechanisms – it’s a great opportunity to release those habits at this time, as the Universe supports our overall wellness. Habits are something to pay attention to anyway, as sometimes we need to switch things up and not be a slave to our own ways – the flows of the Cosmos are pliable, and the rigidity is what gets challenged during this Era of Transition.
Eventually we’re going to see the rigid structures of our world loosen up, and a flow of Galactic Frequencies easefully swimming into our sphere of existence. What this will look like depends on the free will choices of the individual. It doesn’t matter what a person believes in, if they are spiritual or religious – though religion may go through a bit of a shift in attitudes during this time – or if they are pagan, atheist or agnostic. Someone who isn’t spiritually open isn’t going to experience the same things as a Starseed is going to experience, but there are ways in which these energetic shifts are going to show up in their reality. Globally, this will also depend on the location of each collective, so it is hard to predict exactly what kinds of shifts will take place, but we’re most likely going to see more equality among humans and more freedom, with consequences to harmful actions and support towards our planet itself and all beings that walk on Earth. As people will experience more Love in their experience, the more wellness we will have on this planet and healthier our environments will be.
Either way, we’re in for a ride of a lifetime, and it’s important to stay focused on holding the higher frequency realities, frequencies of Pure Love, while not giving opportunities for a world of hatred, separation and unhealthy attachments. Let’s witness what the Light is revealing as we go, not put our heads in the sands when we see it, and face the truth. Because only then are we allowed to say “No, not this anymore”.

In each of us, there’s a part of us that yearns to be expressed in this lifetime…
There’s a part of us that seeks to fulfil its purpose. A part of us, that seeks to satisfy its endless quest for wisdom that comes from life.
This part of us that was born before we incarnated into our Human Vessel… it is the part of us, actually, not just a part of us but the true, fullest essence of us, that is called our Soul.
The Soul seeks to grow in this experience, and it wouldn’t have chosen the Earth plane if it wasn’t so. That’s not to say that some Souls have it easier, because they do. Certain Souls are closer to Earth’s most common frequencies, so they fit right in. Then there are those of us, oftenStarseeds, who resonate more to something Galactic. Something cosmic. There are also Angelic Souls who may resonate more towards the Angelic Frequencies, as well as Earth Angels. There are many kinds of Souls walking on the Earth Planes of existence right now, and we’re exploring this plane of Consciousness, because not only is it fascinating, it offers great opportunities for growth, learning and evolution. Especially now, as the frequency of Earth has been rising, more Starseeds are awakening, and the old, distorted frequencies are being revealed for ALL to see.
The Soul Essence is expansive. We are continuously in contact with our Soul, able to communicate with it daily. The Soul has expanded and diversified itself into different energy fields, as well as our Multidimensional Spectrum, latter of which we can access through our Ascension column. When we practice energy work, we are then able to connect with our energy field, or otherwise called auric layers. Multidimensional work can also trigger a healing ability, which then allows us to feel these layers at much more ease. These layers and levels of Consciousness allow us to communicate with our Soul and the Divine Connections that our Soul has made.
These levels of Consciousness can support us in this Conscious Soul Alignment. Often we might be in Un-conscious Soul Alignment, somehow making the right choices for our paths in order to evolve, but especially after our awakening and as we evolve, it’s important to bring our full Consciousness into the game and choose Soul Aligned action Consciously. This is especially important if we have surrendered a little bit too much, and haven’t really followed those nudges that our Inner Essence, or intuition, has been hinting at us. It’s time to pay attention if you have been sleepwalking.
How do we know what is or isn’t in our greatest Soul Alignment then?
We know, when something’s chronically sucking the life out of us, that it isn’t in the greatest Soul Alignment. When something’s dragging us down. When somethings draining, and we might be dreading it. But sometimes these feelings can arise when it makes no sense, and in those situations it’s important to cleanse and clear our space first, before coming to conclusions. And it’s important to investigate the deeper reasons as to why this experience might be happening.
There are also cases, where we might be doing things for practical reasons, and yet we know we are made for more, we are made to grow beyond that sandbox. In these situations we might be doing ok, but not totally fulfilled. If that’s the case, we should follow our Soul’s call to expand beyond those limitations.
Then there are directions that we have a burning desire to go towards, and we may even feel a little nervous or scared to go there – and this is one of the ways to identify our Soul’s Calling. These things are in our Soul’s Highest Alignment, whatever they are at that time. Sometimes these things can also be quite easy for us – we may have gifts and talents with these things, and it’s time to showcase them to the world. The most important thing is following the call. Taking the first step, even a baby step, because our Soul and Divine Intelligence will reward us. In our Highest Path there will be chances to evolve, which means those paths also have their challenges, alongside with positive and pleasant developments that allow us to grow as spiritual beings.
In order to remain in Conscious Soul Alignment, it’s important to check in with oneself, to connect to one’s Soul and Spiritual aspects daily, to take Soul Aligned Action every day. Or at least consistently enough, so that we remain vibrant and connected. So that our Light can shine brighter than the midday Sun. So that we can feel tuned into our Life Force and know how to direct it properly. And when something isn’t right, that should’t be brushed off like nothing. It should be witnessed, faced and dealt with as much as possible.
Remember: Your Soul is a part of You, and a bridge between You and the Spirit, bridge between you and the Divine Intelligence, You and the rest of Life itself. Keep this connection alive and go within to feel that Soul Pulse. That way you will know.

You may have heard of the Butterfly Effect in many contexts.
If you haven’t, it’s essentially the idea that once something gets kicked into motion, once a certain choice is made or an action taken, it will ripple into the time-space continuum, the Universe, in the surrounding world around us, and cause a chain reaction of not just consequences, but also other actions, other choices, affecting other things and people while the symbolic butterfly flutters around, touching the air molecules that we are breathing, and later we find ourselves in the eye of the storm.
Now, the original example of the Butterfly flapping its wings today causing a tornado several weeks later is quite dramatic, even catastrophic, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be a negative effect.
Let’s dive into what this Butterfly Effect may mean on a spiritual level as we work through our personal evolution and the Ascension Process.
Firstly, this concept makes a whole lot more sense on a spiritual level, once we understand that everything is made up of Energy.Energy has many layers and levels and ways to express itself in this world, and knowing this, we can come to the conclusion that the energy that’s running through us, will affect not just our own energy field, but through the overlaps between our energy fields and other people’s energy fields, affects theirs. You might notice that after you’ve spent time with certain people you may feel drained, or on the contrary, you might feel more energised after meeting someone. This is because of the energetic dynamics between people, and also the way they use their energy, as well as what they’re holding onto in their energy fields.
This is one of the reasons why it’s not just important to take care of our energy but also be conscious of what kinds of energies we are interacting with – especially what we consume online and via media, since these are the things that are the most overlooked these days, yet they are things that our days tend to be filled with. Who we interact with can also affect our energy if we haven’t yet established proper energetic boundaries, but once we start to practice, energetic violations will start to decrease.
When we start to go through the Ascension process, increasing the Light Quotient in our energy fields, we will start to radiate more of that Life giving Light into our surroundings. This will naturally begin to uplift everything that we touch with our Auric Field. Therefore, our progress will have the most positive ripple effect in our surroundings.
Now, we must not forget that having more Light in our Energy Fields has also the potential to make things hiding in the dark more visible to us. This is the more challenging part. Our light may illuminate other people’s shadows, which at times can be quite intense and cause shifts in relationships. Therefore this ripple effect we should be responsible with as well. We should remember that everyone’s going to make their own choices, and we should be conscious of the timing of any revelation of other people’s shadows. Read the room – is this person ready and willing to face what’s lurking in the dark, or are they running away from the truth?
With this awareness I like to present the idea of a crystal clear, vibrant energy field, that isn’t holding onto density and allows for Pure Light, Pure Love to flow through itself at ease. Imagine that this was your energy field. Imagine how that would impact the world around you. And finally, imagine if more people on this planet had their energy field capable of that. What kind of a world would we live in, if this was the case?
Imagine what kinds of ripple effects you may be able to create with a radiant Auric Field. With a soul that’s thriving. With a heart that’s fulfilled. This is the way we start to change the world, without falling into saviour complex. We start from within and allow it to ripple out, touching those who are ready to receive this Light. This is how Divine Love and Higher Outcomes truly get anchored onto this Planet – it’s starts with us being the bridge.
