The Concept of Energy and Understanding Energy Work Practice

Let’s dive into the topic of Energy itself and the deeper understanding of working with Energy, doing energy work.

Consider this a “crash course” for understanding energy and the practice of energy work.

The word “energetic” may sound a bit woowoo to some, but here’s the thing: your energy impacts ALL of your life.

It’s literally the key to everything. Working with energy allows us to understand metaphysics in a deeper way. Not saying that we can’t go deep with books, of course we can, but the kind of depth we’re exploring here is what allows us to connect the dots effortlessly.

It’s the kind of depth that comes from experience and practice. See, the mental field is just one part of your consciousness, and while yes your brain may control your entire body, it would not have blood running into it without the heart. Your blood would not have oxygen in the blood stream without the lungs… you get the gist.

As humans, we’ve got this thing called the human energy field, also known as the human electromagnetic field, or aura. The torus field is a part of this, and besides our human form having a torus field, so does our heart. The energy field has many layers to it, the physical field being the densest. In this blog post, or energy work crash course, we’ll be exploring these different layers and how they contribute to the energetics of our lives, and our general experience on Earth.

Following the physical energy field, we have the etheric field. This is the consciousness in which our chakras, energy centers within the body and our meridians exist in. Therefore they are in very close contact with our physical body, as this energy field is just outside our physical body.

Those that are energy sensitive like myself, may be able to feel things in their etheric field. This is a gift, because we’re able to feel things before they become physical illnesses. We might also be able to pick up on other people’s physical conditions through this layer.

The energetic layer outside the etheric field is the emotional field. This is where a lot of spiritual work has been focusing on the last decade or so, which in turn has tipped the conversation and the narrative towards the trend of doing these things as a therapeutic practice. Prior to this the focus was much more on the energy field outside the emotional field, which is the mental field. Neither of these is more or less important, as all parts of our energy field are co-creating our realities with us, and we are co-creating with them. The mental and emotional fields are the birthing place of certain energy forms, such as poltergeists, egregores and thoughtforms, as well as servitors. These frequencies can get quite dense at times, which can also explain why they are so close to the etheric and physical energy bodies.

In the video below I speak about telepathy and how it happens through the mental field and the energy fields “above” it. I’ve also created a video about how some channelers let these nasty egregores speak through them (unfortunately), which is mostly due to a part of them being in resonance with that energy. Egregore, explained simply, is a collective thoughtform.

After the mental field in our energy field or aura is the higher mental field, which is more in tune with our positive polarity and higher thought, and outside of this field is the astral field. Sometimes people feel drawn to the astral as the highest reality they could explore. But the frequency of the astral can get a bit muddy sometimes, therefore this isn’t necessarily a place where the Divine lies, but can still reach – as the Divine can reach just about anything. It wouldn’t be all willing if it didn’t, right?

There was a point in my journey when I did a lot of astral exploration, and with it came a lot of growth through rough lessons. At times it was very confusing, and I’m glad I’m much more clear now. There’s lots of different energies that are hanging out in this field – some benevolent, some not. Some spells also operate in the astral field and astral realm, depending on the intention.

If you’re familiar with the tarot, you might think of this as the realm of the Moon card, or the 7 of cups. It’s not always that clear and really depends on your intention and own clarity and state of self in which you explore this realm. When people advice us to protect ourself and ensure our safety while astral traveling, it’s no joke. It’s for a very good reason. It’s not like it would risk your life or anything, but there’s all kinds of entities that can come with you or have access to you through this space, and you want to make sure you’re ready for that. There can be nice beings that can help you out, but also mischievous tricksters and even straight up demonic and mean spirited beings there. So just be mindful and prepared for that – I remember having to banish some shapeshifters and mean Draconians from my parents house when I did this. You might also come across beings like lost souls and ancestors, who may not be necessarily negative, but they may still be draining to your energy or distracting. Plus, some of us do have negative ancestors, as well as ascended ones. That’s for another time.

Note: at the time of filming this I felt I needed a little validation for this experience, but now I know it’s a real thing.

After the astral field in our energy field is the etheric template, which is one of our main spiritual bodies. This is where we receive and give information from a crystal clear frequency. It’s the realm of the Higher Self and spirit guides that are closest to our Human Experience can access our field through this level. Higher level creations are birthed from here, and these creations won’t follow the rules of the Old Paradigm.

This field gives insight to our etheric field, which we discussed earlier. It’s how our Soul and Higher Self frequencies transmit frequencies to our body. This field is the link between the crystalline in the “ethers”, in Spirit, and the crystalline cells that are forming in our body. The more we are in tune with this energy field, the more our carbon cells will be transforming to crystalline.

After the etheric template is the celestial body, which is the realm of Higher Guidance and Oversoul levels. This is also where multidimensional, higher aspects of self can be accessed, such as starseed awareness and angelic frequencies. Since this is the Ascended aspect of consciousness, we can also access things like Akashic Records and soul stories here. This is where timelines can be explored from a higher perspective, not just linear. We can understand karma and collective energies when we tap into this field. Certain soul contracts exist in this realm, and then trickle through the other energy bodies in their influence.

You might imagine this being as a Divine Being looking through a tube, which expands at its end. Kind of like a trumpet, or one of those wormhole figures. There is much less form here compared to the other energy fields, but we can access it whether or not we are in the form, because it’s multidimensional and it’s a part of our own energy field.

This energy field allows us to access our Solar System, planetary and galactic frequencies, such as the energies coming from the Great Central Sun and The Galactic Center, and other Galaxies surrounding us. As I feel into the Celestial Field as I’m writing this, I feel very light, as if I’m melting or blending, almost dissolving my form into this consciousness. It’s very soothing, vibrant and blissful. All while I’m grounded in this body. When we’re not grounded into the body properly, it can be disorienting, because then we might return to intense emotions, thoughtforms, and all of the things mentioned before, especially when we’re going through hardship or haven’t cleared in a while. After the celestial energy field is the causal body, also known as the ketheric body. This is the realm of the I AM. The energy closest to Source frequency, yet slightly, ver slightly individuated as the I AM Presence. This energy is very elevated and Pure, rooted in Pure Unconditional LoveLight. This is the energy of first separation from Source or the Infinite Spark of All that is – the One that was born from that very Spark. This energy is very close to Ascended Master frequency, merging the Source with the Human Form – even though this is a non-physical field. Embodiment can happen in all energy fields, but this is where the Pure I AM is merged with the vessel. So we might consider this very high level multidimensional embodiment.

Aside from this, there are many different kinds of spirits that walk these realms with us, and other ways we humans use our energy. One way humans and even animals use their energy is by directing their will, and something that maybe called psycho-kinetic frequency. Not necessarily in the way that beings move objects physically with the power of their mind, though that isn’t an impossibility – I’ve seen people do that too.

I can sometimes feel this kind of energetic dynamic when someone wants me to do something but they’re not saying it out loud or directly to me. I’ve often felt it in situations where people may communicate with me in hopes of getting something from me. I’ve also sensed it when some people interact with my content a bit intensely, they may not be doing much more than reading a piece of content or my comment, or watching a video, but their energy is interacting with my fields quite strongly sometimes. This can be subconscious or unconscious, which is why I don’t really judge it, but I do think of it as a gift in the case where people do know what they’re trying to do, because it can suggest that I step away from them. It can be really protective, because it also protects me from different entities and beings that may not even be in human form.

Often times when the energy of will gets super intense from other humans, it’s because they’ve been through trauma in some form and haven’t learned a healthier way of interacting. Either way, this is also a way for me to know where my energy is at, since sometimes this can just show me where a difference in frequency is between us and what may need to be transmuted and/or cleared. I’ll use it as a way to weigh in whether or not that interaction is something I should have in my experience.

The video below may help you in discerning different star beings when they communicate with you, in case their looks are deceiving. I’d say most beings, however, are of kind nature, or at the very least neutral.
