Exploring Heart Coherence

On the spiritual awakening and consciousness evolution journey it’s important to know what energetics are the key pieces to our personal and spiritual growth and to know what has the potential to create most healing for us.

This is why I’ve chosen to explore the concept of Heart Coherence today.

What is Heart Coherence, and how does it serve our Ascension?

Our Heart Center is the one center responsible for our connection with fellow Humans, and another center called the High Heart Center which is responsible for our connection with our Soul, our Higher Self, and other frequency and consciousness in the Higher Realms. Our High Heart doesn’t go through the same conditioning as the Lower Heart Center does, so it’s important to be in tune with it and activate it, while we peel off the layers of conditioning in the Lower Heart Center. Throughout this post when I refer to the Heart, I’m mostly referring to the Higher Heart, and the Soul Consciousness, portal to Source that lies in the Heart.

Being in tune with our Heart without filters of density, we can experience the highest light accessible to us, and perceive the world beyond the limitations of the Mind and Mental conditioning. We can see everything without emotional judgements and biases and see things as they truthfully are. This can allow for great reality shifts.

As we go through our Ascension path, it will be the most aligning to anchor ourselves into our Heart, to start to bring everything into coherent harmony with our Heart. This is not to say that the mind gets completely dissolved, but it will be harmonised and brought to align with the Heart. They will work together, and so will everything else in our energy bodies and energy fields.

Should anything be in misalignment or incoherence, it will most likely show up as distortion and even disease. There can be density in our fields clogging up the flow of energy. These dense spots would then have to be cleared, and many of us have or have had them before we have become aware of what was really not in alignment in our realities. It’s important to be in tune with our Soul and our Calling, for that is what will create more Love in this world.

I’ve spoken about Multidimensional Coherence in the video below, in which I recognised that as I was not yet on Testosterone/HRT, I was experiencing incoherence with my physical vessel. I am much more aligned to my vessel now that I’ve taken hormones for almost a year and half. I have always been aware that I’m so much more than my body, and this is the wisdom that many transgender people like myself, have realised from the beginning of civilisations.

In the video I discussed why clearing is important, and why it’s important to be aware of all different aspects of our beingness. Why it’s important to be in tune with our Soul and our Multidimensional Aspects.

Once those blocks have been cleared, it will be much easier to:

1. Hear our Soul, our Guides, feel energies
2. Feel into what needs to be aligned, if further clearing is needed, and what we should lean into for our evolution
3. Ascend into higher frequencies and deal with frequency spikes, such as X-flares that come from the Sun
4. Heal things that may have bothered us for a long time, and let them go for good
5. Evolve and progress in our lives and align into our highest timelines, quantum jumping at ease
6. Embody higher frequencies, such as our higher selves, I AM presence, Multidimensional aspects and Oversoul
7. Activate our Highest Spiritual gifts and Multidimensional Abilities

One thing that I’d like to note before wrapping up this post, is that the Heart Center isn’t necessarily the same thing as emotions. Emotional Fields are a thing, however. And it’s important to be aware of that, because sometimes we may be out of tune with our emotional fields and that in turn is causing misalignments and incoherence. While our Heart is often empathic and aware of other people’s feelings, it more so operates from a place of Love, and Unconditional Love. Love itself is not just an emotion, it’s an experience, and a Universal Force. There is also a theory, that Christ Consciousness is Heart Based, and Buddhic Consciousness is a Crown Based, Higher Mind Based Awareness. In the most ideal, coherent situation, we would have those two merged – Heart Based Christ Consciousness and Higher Mind of The Buddhic Consciousness working in tandem, in coherent Unity. Even better, when the rest of our energy bodies are working in coherence with those two. That is the Divine Human in Form, walking the New Earth Planes at ease, spreading the Light all over.
