Cultivating the Energy Of Peace

In the current experiences on Planet Earth, many of us have struggles seeing peace. Many of struggle to feel it. While the struggle to feel it is valid, it’s important to always remember that True Frequency of Peace can be cultivated within, and it isn’t going to become a normal in our external life until we do so, until we recognise and nourish it within.

Inner peace is something that a lot fo people will sacrifice in order to experience something on the material plane. Many people tend to sell their souls in a way.

What I’ve learned on my journey, however, is that I have often valued my inner peace so much more than any external “achievements” and “status”. It has been extremely important for myself to stay true to myself and express that in a way that’s authentic to me in each moment. As I see people who haven’t yet done this, to get more than enough stress in their system, struggles to live a fulfilling life, straining their health and other problems. They would often not have the mentality to go after their dreams, mostly because of their survival mindset.

The conflict within would often manifest itself as conflicts either at the workplace, in their personal life, in their mundane tasks or other problems in their connections. I know that I’ve had phases in my life when this would happen too – for I was also conditioned once upon a time. Therefore if you recognise yourself in this text in any way, do not be alarmed. It’s just a heads up that you maybe dealing with inner conflict that asks for your attention.

I remember those times when there was a lot more drama in my life, not to mention mental illness. Those are times I do not long for, although there were certain positives in my life back then as well. It’s important to see the full picture.

As I’ve truly understood Inner Peace, the Energy of Peace within myself, I don’t really experience a lot of drama in my own life. I might observe it in other people’s lives and I might see conflict around myself, even in my energy fields at times (glad to be a content creator lol), but I don’t desire to have unnecessary fighting in my life. If things can be solved peacefully, and while respecting emotional experiences, with empathy and love, awareness, then they can be solved that way. But if figuring things out requires a bit of a reshuffle and a dash of spice, then so be it. We may have to ruffle some feathers every once in a while. And being at peace with oneself acknowledges that part of live as well. It’s not about avoidance, after all. It’s not about refusing to take part in challenging situations and fleeing at a rough patch – it’s about facing them with integrity, honourable actions and a kind heart.

Putting that Unconditional Love into action is relevant to the concept of Peace, too. The force of Unconditional Love seeks to drop those illusions, veils and conditions, all those barriers that we may have built to protect ourselves from the world(s). Because truthfully, many people think about the spiritual worlds through the eyes of fear, therefore blocking their connection with it. This used to be me as well – I remember a time when I was concerned about what Divine Beings would say to me if I made contact, and the time I almost left my body and freaked out so hard that I slammed it down. Eventually I got over my fears, and started to make contact and practice multitude of spiritual things. As I kept practicing, it helped me to become more peaceful within myself.

That being said, avoidance will not be the way to find inner peace. If we’re using spiritual practice for escapist reasons, we’re not solving the problem that lies beneath. We have to be willing to face those areas within where we hold conflict, because that often creates density and distortions in our energy fields as well. What these densities and distortions in our fields do, are sort of like blockages that while may let energy through them, it becomes distorted as that energy passes through. In some cases, the more we empower those distortions, the more we feed them, they radiate their BS around ourselves. So while most people won’t feel it, it’s still influencing their fields. And this is a double edged sword – some folks may be unintentionally influencing others with their blockages, and on the other hand also drawing those who either deal with the same blocks towards them. And the worst case scenario is someone who has these kinds of blocks in their energy fields, may draw someone in who wants to take advantage of it. In a more benevolent situation, they could also draw people in who are meant to become more aware of their uncomplimentary habits, and thus clear distorted ways of being, but this can also come through conflict or unspoken needs and boundaries, desires and so on. So clearing these kinds of blocks is going to help us experience a better reality and start to attract more complimentary experiences. At that point, we have inner peace, and these new, better experiences are feeding that inner peace.

Once you can recognise what experiences and situations are troubling to your inner peace, versus increasing it, you can start to make adjustments to be in more consistent inner peace. Once you start to face things instead of running away from them, you will start to relieve yourself from inner conflict and experience inner peace. Once you realise, that there’s a life where your bare minimum has already been met and you can ask for more, you will create more space for inner peace.
